I have been running 10 Km a day for one month. I'm getting used to it. But It's still a bit tough for me, especially hot days.I have run not less than 200 km. It must burn 1.3 Kg fat in the calculation. but I lost weight only 0.5 Kg. It's no problem. I run for fun, not diet.
